We are here to support pre-health students. A pre-health student is someone who at some point in time thinks they might apply to a health professional school. While there are a lot of students who identify as a pre-health student, Pre-Health Advisor was created to help students who are considered, or identify as, career-changers. 

A career-changers experience is different from the typical pre-health student. For a career-changer, medical school was not top of mind in undergrad nor considered an ultimate career choice. They spent time exploring other interests in undergrad and pursued careers outside of the sciences or health care. They have been out of college and in the workforce for a few years, and somewhere along the line, they had some exposure to the medical field and after thoughtful consideration, decided to pursue a career in the health professions. 

Often times these students have no ties or connection to their undergraduate institution, and often times, feel a bit lost figuring out whether or not their goal is attainable. We are here to let you know that your goal is attainable, and we are here to help you along your journey.
